Club Service

• Appoint a family of Rotary committee to assist with projects and activities in support of Rotarians and their families

• Develop and initiate a new project in support of club service

• Conduct a Centennial Community Project

• Conduct a community needs assessment and establish one new service project this year

• Sponsor or participate in a health awareness campaign or project that addresses health concerns
• Contact local media to publicize Rotary’s role in the Global Polio Eradication Initiative (Joint with Brenham Rotary Club)
• Generate $10,000 through fund raising activities
• Contribute to at least 10 worthwhile community charities

International Service

• Sponsor a Centennial Group Study exchange (GSE) team
• Sponsor or host a Youth Exchange student
• Contribute $5,760 to the Rotary Foundation
• Contribute $500 to Polio Plus
• Add two additional Paul Harris Fellows
• Fund at least one meaningful international service project
  • Water well in Mexico
• Identify a qualified candidate to compete at the district level for at least one Rotary Foundation Educational Programs award
